Interviews & Careers

Interview preparation works best out loud. Each goal here gives you the questions you will really be asked, teaches you how to shape a strong answer, then has an AI coach play the interviewer so you can say your answers, hear the follow-ups and fix one thing at a time.

All 9 Interviews & Careers goals, 32 h 55 min

AI at Work

These free AI courses teach prompting, ChatGPT, generative AI and AI agents in plain language, then ask you to explain what you learned out loud and walk through how you would use it on your own work. The AI coach checks your understanding and tells you what to sharpen.

All 8 AI at Work goals, 27 h 40 min

Sales

Sales is a spoken skill, so this sales training is built on roleplay. You learn a method for each stage of the deal, then practice it out loud with an AI coach that plays the buyer: cold calls, discovery, objections, negotiation and closing, with feedback after every turn.

All 10 Sales goals, 34 h 15 min

Customer Service

This customer service training is call practice. You learn how to calm an angry caller, handle refunds and cancellations, and grow accounts with renewals and upsells, then take those calls out loud with an AI coach that plays the customer.

All 2 Customer Service goals, 6 h 30 min
How it works

How practice works with the AI coach

Creatium Coach is a live AI voice coach. You do not watch videos or fill in quizzes: you talk, it listens, and it answers like the real person would.

  1. Learn it with a guide

Each skill opens with a guided lesson. The coach explains the idea, asks you questions and checks you have it before you move on.

  2. Practice it out loud

In each practice the coach plays the other side: the interviewer, the customer, the buyer or your team. You answer in your own words, by voice.

  3. Get one thing to fix

After every answer you hear what worked and the one change that would make it stronger, then you try again until it sounds right.

  4. Make it yours

Tell the coach your role, your company or your situation and it reshapes the plan around your goal. The ready-made goal is just the start.
