Mock Interview Practice With an AI Coach
This is mock interview practice you do out loud, with Tim playing your interviewer and asking the questions you are most likely to get. Across five sessions you build your introduction, your reasons for joining, your strengths and weaknesses, the stories that prove them, and your answers on salary and notice. After every answer Tim tells you the one thing to fix, so each attempt gets sharper.

How practice works with the AI coach
Creatium Coach is a live AI voice coach. You do not watch videos or fill in quizzes: you talk, it listens, and it answers like the real person would.
Learn it with a guide
Each skill opens with a guided lesson. The coach explains the idea, asks you questions and checks you have it before you move on.
Practice it out loud
In each practice the coach plays the other side: the interviewer, the customer, the buyer or your team. You answer in your own words, by voice.
Get one thing to fix
After every answer you hear what worked and the one change that would make it stronger, then you try again until it sounds right.
Make it yours
Tell the coach your role, your company or your situation and it reshapes the plan around your goal. The ready-made goal is just the start.
The most common interview questions
Tell me about yourself.
Cover what you do now, one or two past achievements that fit this role, and why you want this job next. Keep it short and end on the role.
Why do you want to work for this company?
Name something specific about the company, such as its product, customers or direction, and link it to your own skills or goals.
What are your strengths?
Choose one or two strengths that matter for this job and prove each with a short example that has a clear result.
What is your greatest weakness?
Pick a real but manageable weakness and spend most of your answer on the steps you are taking to improve it.
Tell me about a time you handled a conflict.
Describe the situation briefly, focus on what you did to resolve it, and speak respectfully about the other person. Finish with the outcome and what you learned.
Why should we hire you?
Match two or three of your strengths to the needs in the job description and back each with evidence. Sound confident without comparing yourself to other candidates.
What are your salary expectations?
Research the typical range for the role and location, then give a range with a short reason. If it is too early, you can ask what range they have budgeted.
Questions about mock interview practice
How do I practice for a job interview with AI?
Pick the questions you are most likely to face, answer each one out loud, and ask for specific feedback rather than a general score. Speaking matters because answers that read well on paper often run long or lose their point when spoken. Repeat the same question two or three times, fixing one thing each round, instead of skimming through many questions once. In this plan Tim plays your interviewer, listens to every spoken answer, and gives you one concrete thing to change before you try again.
How do I answer 'tell me about yourself' in an interview?
Use a simple present, past and future shape: what you do now, the one or two achievements from your past that matter for this job, and why this role is your next step. Keep it to roughly a minute or two and leave out your full life story, hobbies and anything the interviewer cannot connect to the role. End on why you are here, which gives the interviewer an easy next question. The first session of this plan helps you map that story, then you speak it to Tim until it sounds natural rather than memorized.
What are the most common interview questions and how do I answer them?
Most interviews come back to the same core set: tell me about yourself, why this company, your strengths and weaknesses, a time you handled a conflict or made a mistake, why we should hire you, and your salary expectations. For each one, prepare a short structure and one real example rather than a script. Behavioral questions are best answered with a clear situation, what you did, and the result. This plan covers each of these questions in its own session, and Tim asks them out loud with follow-ups so you practice the way the real interview will feel.
